ลบบัญชี DekAus
ใช้ได้กับทั้งแอป DekAus และแอป DekAus Business (บัญชีเดียวกัน) เลือกวิธีที่สะดวก
1. ลบในแอป
- แอป DekAus: โปรไฟล์ → ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชีถาวร
- แอป DekAus Business: บัญชี → ลบบัญชีถาวร
2. ลบบนเว็บนี้ (ไม่ต้องลงแอป)
เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีที่ต้องการลบ
สมัครด้วย Apple? ใช้ข้อ 1 ในแอป หรือข้อ 3 ด้านล่าง
กำลังจะลบบัญชี
ลบแล้วกู้คืนไม่ได้ พิมพ์คำว่า ลบ เพื่อยืนยัน
3. ให้ทีมลบให้
ทัก LINE @dekaus หรืออีเมล hello.goausy@gmail.com บอกอีเมลหรือเบอร์ที่ใช้สมัคร ทีมจะลบให้ภายใน 7 วัน
ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ และที่เก็บต่อ
- ลบทันที: บัญชีเข้าสู่ระบบ โปรไฟล์ (ชื่อ รูป ช่องทางติดต่อ)
- ประกาศ ความคิดเห็น และรีวิว ที่คุณโพสต์ ทีมลบให้ภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับคำขอ
- เก็บต่อตามกฎหมาย: ข้อมูลร้าน ใบเสร็จ และประวัติการชำระเงินที่กฎหมายภาษีออสเตรเลียกำหนดให้เก็บ จะเก็บไว้ตามระยะที่กฎหมายกำหนด (สูงสุด 5 ปี) แล้วลบ

Delete your DekAus account
This works for both the DekAus app and the DekAus Business app (same account). Choose any option.
1. In the app
- DekAus app: Profile → Settings → Delete account permanently
- DekAus Business app: Account → Delete account
2. On this website (no app needed)
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Signed up with Apple? Use option 1 in the app or option 3 below.
You are about to delete
This cannot be undone. Type DELETE to confirm.
3. Ask our team
Message LINE @dekaus or email hello.goausy@gmail.com with the email or phone you signed up with. We will delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted immediately: your sign-in account and profile (name, photo, contact details).
- Listings, comments and reviews you posted are removed by our team within 7 days of your request.
- Kept as required by law: business records, receipts and payment history that Australian tax law requires us to keep are retained for the required period (up to 5 years), then deleted.
