DekAus (แอปมือถือ) และเว็บไซต์ GoAusy (goausy.com) ดำเนินการโดยทีมงาน GoAusy ("เรา") เป็นชุมชนออนไลน์สำหรับคนไทยในออสเตรเลีย นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร นำไปใช้อย่างไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง การใช้แอป/เว็บของเราถือว่าคุณยอมรับนโยบายนี้

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

เราเก็บเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ:

• ข้อมูลบัญชี — ชื่อ, อีเมล, รูปโปรไฟล์ (เมื่อสมัคร/เข้าสู่ระบบ)
• ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ที่คุณกรอกเอง — เมือง/พื้นที่, เบอร์โทร, LINE, ช่องทางติดต่ออื่น
• เนื้อหาที่คุณสร้าง — ประกาศ, รูปภาพ, ร้านค้า, รีวิว, คอมเมนต์, การจอง/ออเดอร์
• ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (GPS) — เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดเลือก "ใช้ตำแหน่งปัจจุบัน" เพื่อบันทึกที่ตั้งร้าน (ไม่ติดตามตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง)
• ข้อมูลการใช้งานทั่วไป — สถิติการเข้าชมแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน ผ่าน Google Analytics

2. การเข้าสู่ระบบ (Login)

คุณเข้าสู่ระบบได้ 3 ทาง ผ่านบริการ Firebase Authentication ของ Google:

• Sign in with Apple — Apple อาจส่งอีเมลแบบซ่อน (private relay) ให้เรา เราใช้เพื่อสร้างบัญชีเท่านั้น
• Google — เราได้รับชื่อ, อีเมล, รูปโปรไฟล์จากบัญชี Google ของคุณ
• อีเมล/รหัสผ่าน — รหัสผ่านถูกจัดการและเข้ารหัสโดย Firebase เราไม่เห็นรหัสผ่านของคุณ

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• ให้บริการฟีเจอร์ของแอป (ประกาศ, ตลาดนัด, จับคู่งาน, แจ้งเตือนในแอป ฯลฯ)
• แสดงเนื้อหาของคุณให้ผู้ใช้คนอื่นเห็น (เช่น ประกาศ/ร้านที่คุณตั้งใจเผยแพร่)
• ติดต่อกลับเรื่องบัญชี ความปลอดภัย หรือการสนับสนุน
• ดูแลความปลอดภัยของชุมชน (จัดการเนื้อหาที่ถูกรายงาน, ป้องกันการใช้งานผิด)
• ปรับปรุงบริการจากสถิติการใช้งานแบบรวม

เรา ไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ของคุณให้บุคคลที่สาม

4. การเก็บข้อมูลและผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

ข้อมูลถูกเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยบน Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore + Firebase Storage, โปรเจกต์ goausy-f51ea เซิร์ฟเวอร์ภูมิภาคออสเตรเลีย) เราใช้บริการภายนอกดังนี้:

• Google Firebase — ฐานข้อมูล, ที่เก็บไฟล์, ระบบยืนยันตัวตน
• Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — สำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบ
• Google Analytics — สถิติการใช้งานเว็บ (ปิดได้ผ่านแถบคุกกี้)

5. คุกกี้

เว็บไซต์ goausy.com ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน (Google Analytics) คุณเลือก "ปฏิเสธ" ได้จากแถบคุกกี้ และเราจะปิดการเก็บสถิติให้ ส่วนแอปมือถือไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณา

6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ & การลบบัญชี

คุณมีสิทธิ์เข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือ ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อ:

• แก้ไขโปรไฟล์/เนื้อหาได้เองในแอป
• หากต้องการลบบัญชีและข้อมูลถาวร ติดต่อเราที่ hello.goausy@gmail.com หรือ LINE @705ywugi เราจะดำเนินการให้ภายใน 30 วัน

7. เด็กและเยาวชน

บริการของเราไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะอัปเดตวันที่ด้านบนและแจ้งผ่านแอป/เว็บ

Privacy Policy (English)

DekAus (mobile app) and the GoAusy website (goausy.com), operated by the GoAusy team ("we"), form an online community for Thai people in Australia. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our app or website you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — name, email, profile photo (on sign up / sign in).
• Profile details you enter — city/area, phone, LINE and other contact details.
• Content you create — listings, images, shops, reviews, comments, bookings/orders.
• Location (GPS) — only when you tap "use current location" to save a shop's location. We do not track location in the background.
• General usage — anonymous analytics via Google Analytics.

2. Sign-in

You can sign in three ways via Google Firebase Authentication: Sign in with Apple (Apple may share a private-relay email used only to create your account), Google (we receive your name, email, photo), and email/password (passwords are encrypted and managed by Firebase; we never see them).

3. How we use it

To provide app features, display content you choose to publish, contact you about your account/security/support, keep the community safe (handle reported content, prevent abuse), and improve our service using aggregate statistics. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & third parties

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore + Storage, project goausy-f51ea, Australia region). We use Google Firebase, Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple, and Google Analytics.

5. Cookies

goausy.com uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can decline via the cookie banner and we will disable analytics. The mobile app uses no advertising cookies.

6. Your rights & account deletion

You can access, edit, or request deletion of your account and all data at any time. Edit your profile/content in the app, or to permanently delete your account contact hello.goausy@gmail.com or LINE @705ywugi — we will action it within 30 days.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app/website.
